What really changes

Your evenings back. Your weekends back. Your family, together.

Being a present father isn't about doing everything — it's about being there. A live-in nanny carries the invisible load so you don't have to choose between your work and your kids.

Before

Late meetings, missed bath times, a mental checklist that never stops. The days blur and the evenings disappear.

After

Someone you trust handles the routine, the pickups, the in-between. You come home and you're actually home — present, unhurried, there.

    International sponsorship (PTET / TFWP)
When local nannies are scarce, a Quebec family can welcome a qualified nanny from abroad, live-in, through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. Over time (2–4 years) it can lead to permanent residence.
    LMIA / EIMT
A labour market study confirming no local worker is available for the role. It's the first official step, and we prepare it for you. Count 3–4 months.
    Schedule H
In Montreal, Laval, Gatineau and Brossard, standard international live-in is restricted because of local unemployment thresholds.
    The medical exception
A documented special-needs child or a senior losing autonomy unlocks live-in sponsorship everywhere in Quebec — including the restricted cities above.
    What you pay
You pay the nanny's wage (from $19/hr) plus our agency fees. We give you a transparent quote in your free consultation — no hidden total.
    Quebec assistance
Depending on your situation, Quebec programs may apply (for example, home-support tax credits for seniors). We point you to what fits your case.
