Program Requirements: Who can apply

To qualify for au pair jobs in Canada, you must:

  • Be 18–30 years old

  • Have basic knowledge of English or French

  • Be eligible for a Working Holiday Visa

  • Have at least 2,500 CAD for personal expenses

  • Be in good health, unmarried, and childless

  • Have experience in childcare

What You Receive as an Au Pair

Accommodation & Full Board

  • Live with a Canadian family for free while working in nanny jobs in Canada.

Pocket Money

  • Approx. 330 CAD/week per provincial minimum wage.

  • Income tax and Canadian nanny payroll responsibilities are handled by the host.

Working Hours
